- Item arrives significantly damaged due to shipping/handling.
- Authenticity concern on products sourced through us (requires review evidence).
Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind after order is placed with supplier.
- Size/fit mismatch when the selected size matches your requested size.
- Minor packaging or batch-level visual differences from store photos.
Claim Window
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and order details on WhatsApp. Late claims may not be accepted.
Resolution Types
- Full refund (where fault is verified and return/recovery is not possible).
- Partial refund (for minor verified issues).
- Replacement or re-order, depending on stock and case type.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method or agreed transfer method.
